Refund: The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange: A new item will be sent at no additional cost once your request is approved.
Shipping Costs:
- Defective item or shipping error: NovaSyn will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return.
- Customer’s decision to cancel: If the return is requested due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs may be charged, as informed at the time of the request.
